About the Chef - Tara Ogilvie

My love for food and hospitality began as a teen in Eastern Pennsylvania and took root here in Charleston over a decade ago. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, I refined my craft in five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, and at the prestigious Kiawah Island Club—where my pastry skills soon led to private chef opportunities in some of the Lowcountry’s most beautiful homes.

That experience inspired Blended Palette Catering—a way to bring elevated, personalized dining to our Charleston and Kiawah communities. Every menu I create is crafted with care, tailored to your tastes and needs, and designed to bring people together over unforgettable flavors and experiences.
