Fluffy

Fluffy was founded six years ago in Charleston by Lazaro Moreira, who has spent eleven years in hospitality. We started with a handful of Charleston turnovers and now complete roughly 1,500 cleans a month with 80+ trained team members across the Charleston peninsula, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Johns Island, Folly Beach, Kiawah, Seabrook, Edisto and Myrtle Beach.

We've completed more than 80,000 verified short-term rental cleanings and hold a 4.9 average quality score. Along the way we built two things most cleaning companies don't have: our own commercial laundry facility in North Charleston, so linens never leave our chain of custody, and FluffyOS, our own operations platform, which syncs directly with Airbnb, Vrbo and property management software so cleans are scheduled off live bookings rather than spreadsheets and text messages.

Today we serve 600+ properties and a growing number of boutique hotels, with clients including Stay Duvet and IOP Escapes.
