This Friday, we are hosting a FREE wellness workshop hosted by Rooted and Regulated! This 60-minute workshop is designed to support postpartum moms in understanding their nervous system, learning simple regulation tools, and deepening their connection to their babies through co-regulation. It’s a gentle, accessible session that blends breathwork, nervous system education, and guided practice! We will be meeting at Modern Chiropractic at 2 PM this Friday, November 7th! All are welcome!
