Welcome to Blu Oyster where we believe our Lowcountry cuisine is your oyster! Blu Oyster is a place where you can hang with neighbors and friends in a casual, friendly, and welcomed space!

If you think you’ve had fresh before, you ain’t had nothing until you’ve tried our chef’s creations. All of our sushi, fish, shrimp and prime meats come from local fishers and farmers. Our emphasis is on our community; both enjoying and fostering it. Whenever possible, we use local growers to deliver seasonal fresh-picked produce at the height of ripening.

When we say raw, we put the aww in raw - select from our fresh oysters or catch of the day. From light tapas and appetizers to full entrees, all of our plates are meant for sharing! We cater to the discerning palate, taking from the best of Lowcountry flavors and then mixing in our desire to deliver tastes you have only dreamed about - until now!

We also deliver, to our bustling neighborhood scene, a flair for the unusual and exotic with handcrafted cocktails, some traditional and some our creation, that will have you making us a staple in your nightlife quest.
