Joel Mathis, Real Estate Consultant and Co-owner of JDM Properties has a background in Luxury Golf Management. Joel has a habit of providing a superb client experience. Joel grew up in a Real Estate family, and he has a true passion for the industry and his clients. Treating clients' wants & needs as his own, he always goes the extra step to ensure his clients' success and satisfaction. Joel enjoys golfing, boating, fishing, and numerous other outdoor activities which made Charleston a natural place for him to call home.

Lexi DiFrancesco, Real Estate Consultant and Co-owner of JDM Properties, is a former teacher who wanted to focus on helping and teaching people in a whole new way. Lexi truly enjoys educating clients on the market and the home buying/selling process and being an ally every step of the way. Lexi loves going to the beach with rescue pup Remington, trying new restaurants and traveling.
