Chef Kevin W. Grant founded Zia Taqueria in 2008 as a culinary expression of the time he spent in Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains, and how living there reinforced his lifelong love of Mexican, Southwestern, and Tex-Mex cuisine.
Zia is an authentic Mexican taqueria providing high-quality, moderately priced, regional Mexican food and beverage using only natural ingredients.
