As 25th Anniversary Approaches New Book From CEO Frank Siller Pays Tribute To His Brother Stephen & Tunnel to Towers Organization

'Let Us Do Good' is not only a biblical (Galatians 6:10) phrase calling on people to extend acts of kindness, it's also the title to the latest book from Frank Siller, Chairman and CEO of the Tunnel To Towers Foundation (T2T), a foundation he established in December of 2001, three months after September 11th to honor his brother Stephen, a NYC firefighter who died rescuing people during 9/11. 

As a non-profit organization T2T provides mortgage-free homes and support to military veterans, first responders, and their families. With 2026 being both the 25th anniversary of T2T and the tragic day in 2001, Frank felt it was time to offer up a powerful book reflecting on his brother's heroism, as well on chronicling the journey he's taken additionally to keep Stephen's legacy alive, while overseeing one of the most revered charitable organizations to date.

Chapter 8 'Miracles: God Sends Me People All the Time' is equaling compelling, with Siller sharing stories about the luminaries who have teamed up with him to carry the T2T torch forward.

Siller shares personal stories regarding several A-list celebrities including Dennis Quaid, Mark Wahlberg, Carrie Underwood, and Sylvester Stallone, adding the support of President Bush and Trump, as well as the Fox News network has helped further T2T's cause. All superstars in their own right, undeterred, going against the grain to promote their patriotism and appreciation for fallen heroes.

The 'Never Forget Walk' aka 'Walk of Honor' is without question an ideal near closer to the book, with Siller recounting his six week trek from the Pentagon to Shanksville, culminating in ground zero in NYC to commemorate the 20th anniversary of 9/11 in 2021. The 24 pages in chapter 9 remind readers how important God, family, and new found friends are along life's journey.

Tunnel to Towers Story:

After witnessing the horrific events unfolding on the morning of September 11th in 2001, Stephen Siller who had just finished his shift as a NYC firefighter and was on his way home decided to do what came natural to him, and that was to turn around and help his fellow firefighters and the people they served.

With a tunnel shut down to midtown Stephen made his way on foot, carrying 60 pounds of gear on his back to the twin towers in lower Manhattan. It was there that Stephen lost his life while rescuing countless others. While that act of bravery was repeated by several of Stephen's fellow first responders, it was his brother Frank upon reliving Stephen's final hours that inspired him to establish a charitable organization in his honor.

25 years down the road, The Tunnel to Towers Foundation organization has built or provided nearly 2,000 mortgage-free homes for catastrophically injured veterans, first responders, and Gold Star or fallen family members, as well as converted rundown hotels into Veteran Villages designed to house and support homeless veterans. A remarkable achievement.

Probably the most unique thing about T2T is that more than 93% of the money they raise goes directly to support those they support. That is unheard of! And although they obtain sizeable gifts and support from major corporations, almost all the money they raise comes from everyday people, donating $11 a month to the cause.
