Latest Book From Senator Tim Scott Offers Up 'Profiles In Christian Courage'

 In his new book 'One Nation Always Under God: Profiles in Christian Courage', U.S. Senator Tim Scott (SC) proposes imagination, prayer, and faith are intertwined. Furthermore he asserts, if mankind has vision and determination, paired with faith in God there is eternal hope and renewed optimism. 

Having served in both congress and the senate, Scott could easily present another book on all that takes place behind the scenes in Washington DC. However, in his latest, Scott offers up encouraging stories from courageous men and women, all who used their faith, often in harrowing situations to help lay the Judeo-Christian principles that helped form our great nation.

Covering 238 pages, 'One Nation Always Under God' details the heroics and loyalism of Americans determined to carry out God's will. Almost all of the 20 chapters end with lessons learned, as Scott reflects on what he has ascertained from each individual profiled in his new book.

Drawing parallels from 19th century abolitionist William Lloyd Garrison to legendary TV comedian Danny Thomas and from pseudo actors in WWII to astronaut Jim Lovell, as well as Louida Ware (Scott's beloved grandmother) and plant doctor George Washington Carver, Scott uses their inspiring stories and lives to uplift readers, allowing God's promises are not dead, nor are they stagnate.

Scott's own childhood recollections, including stories with his mother, grandmother (both epic prayer warriors), and brother Ben are especially moving. Like all the men and women chronicled in 'One Nation Always Under God', Scott suggests hopes and dreams are generational, when God's will is the foundation.

Additionally Scott declares early Christian values were forged into our legal system, educational institutions, healthcare, and social services to become cornerstones for American freedoms and democracy.

Although secular Americans, the media, and several on the left choose pessimism and despair, Scott proclaims faith, family, country, and patriotism are the bedrocks in society, and without God permeating through every institution of our lives, we will not prevail.

Liberals have labeled Scott many unflattering things. However undeterred, it's Scott's steadfast commitment to his Christian faith that has motivated him to overcome poverty, becoming a successful businessman and a highly respected politician. Married (August of 2024) for the first time, Scott and his new wife Mindy fully understand God comes first.

It is the 'God first' principle that has motivated Scott's entire life. He's not willing to accept the notion that God is finished with the United States, nor that God doesn't have more to do with America. Even during our darkest moments God is writing redemptive storylines.

The stories represented in Scott's new book combined with the people's faith in God formed America over the past 300 years. In 'One Nation Always Under God' Tim Scott proclaims the same God who blessed the birth of this great nation is still working to mold it into all the Creator imagined it would become.
