Geno has built a team of professionals that flourish together and create an unforgettable dining experience. The service is TOP NOTCH. Period. Our waiter, Parker Singleton, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Parker’s insightful recommendations enhanced our meal, and his genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. His professionalism and keen attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect.

• Broiled Oysters & Bone Marrow: Fresh, briny oysters served with bone marrow and chimichurri sauce, a perfect way to start your meal.
• Tuna Tartare: Marbled & Fins delicious take on tuna tartare is good enough to just eat off the fork. With crunchy and sweet elements from the mango and tempura crunch, theirs is one of the best I’ve ever had, and every element of this dish was meticulously thought of.

Entrée

• The Marbled & Fin: A tomahawk steak, cooked to perfection with a whole lobster. What more could you need? Served with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and asparagus. We couldn’t decide what we wanted, Parker our server suggested this, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. You get the best of both worlds with one of their best cuts of meat and a fresh lobster delivered that morning.
• Lobster: Rich and creamy lobster taken out of the shell then placed back in tossed in a butter cream sauce. Every bite was immaculate.
• Tomahawk: A show-stopping, richly marbled cut of beef, grilled to perfection. 

Dessert

• Baked Alaska: A show-stopping dessert with layers of sponge cake and ice cream, all covered in meringue and flambéed tableside for a dramatic finish. Theirs has a twist that I will leave for the reader to discover on their own.
• Crème Brûlée: A classic dessert with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust and velvety custard.
