With the help of Franchisees Bill and Shannon Merkler, this attitude was brought to the Lowcountry in locations in Charleston reaching Summerville and Mount Pleasant. Playa Bowls’ energizing centerfold, açaí, helps keep clean eating joyful and useful for those on the go. Found in the Amazon rainforest, this Brazilian superfood serves as a great accompaniment for those who love to be active whether it's parasailing, kayaking, or catching waves. The earthy, berry flavor of açaí has made it perfect for being a fresh, flavor-packed snack, used in bowls and smoothies.
